Shipping

All items are shipped from Florida.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, Treasured Threads is not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) are responsible for delivery once a package leaves our facility.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that you have a secure mailbox at the address provided at checkout.

For issues such as lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS) directly.

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, an insufficient address, or being undeliverable, it will be refunded only if it arrives back in sellable condition, minus:

  • Original shipping costs

  • An $8 undeliverable fee

  • A $5-$8 reshipping fee if you request to have the item re-shipped

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free USPS First Class shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Orders under $100 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 when purchased through our website.

Address Changes

We’ll do our best to accommodate address change requests after an order is placed. To request an address change, please email us at treasuredthreadsbamboo@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please note that address changes are not guaranteed. If your order has already begun processing or has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for orders within 5 miles of zip code 32707.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at treasuredthreadsbamboo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging and the item(s) condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellations

We are unable to honor cancellation requests once the order is placed.
