Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or replacement.

Please inspect your items promptly upon arrival. Any issues or defects must be reported within this 14-day period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In brand new condition

  • Unwashed and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In the original packaging

Changed Your Mind?

If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return your item, we accept returns for store credit only in the form of a Treasured Threads gift card.

  • Items must be new, unopened, and unused

  • A $7 return processing/postage fee will be deducted from your store credit

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at treasuredthreadsbamboo@gmail.com within 14 daysof delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Note: Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned or replaced.

Final Sale Items

The following are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased on sale

  • Items purchased using a discount code

  • Items purchased during mystery releases or sales

Fit Issues

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item doesn’t fit:

  1. Return it (following our return policy)

  2. Re-purchase the correct size/style if available

Cancellations & Order Adjustments

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed

  • Promotions are valid only during their active period

  • We cannot apply promo codes retroactively or adjust pricing after purchase
